We pride ourselves on providing a stable and high return investment vehicle for people who want to make their money work for them and enjoy the benefits of real estate without the hassle or worry of management.

What We Do

At Emerald Eagle Investments we give investors the benefits of owning an apartment building without the stress of management. Through our apartment syndication strategy we are able to acquire commercial multifamily apartments that are outdated or undervalued. We then create value through forced appreciation which allows us to raise rents, increasing property value and then sell the property in 3-5 years.
